91porn welcomes Stephen Blum as the newly elected representative for the Director District 3 board position. Blum was officially sworn into the board during the regular board meeting on February 27, 2025.

Blum's decision to run for the school board stems from his strong belief in the value of public education. He views education as a fundamental right and the foundation for every child’s future success. Having moved to Woodland eight years ago, he is an invested member of the community, with his youngest daughter currently attending Woodland Middle School. Blum credits his own public school experience in Massachusetts for instilling in him a lifelong love of learning, fostering critical thinking, and shaping his personal and professional journey.

Blum brings an extensive background in engineering and leadership to his role on the school board. He pursued higher education at the University of Massachusetts, Portland Community College, and Oregon State University, leading to a successful career in engineering. For the past eleven years, he has served as a technical manager at Intel, where he has honed his skills in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership. His ability to navigate budget constraints while maintaining quality and efficiency will serve him well as a school board director.

“As a school board member, my goal is to ensure a quality education for all children in the Woodland district,” Blum stated. “In these challenging times, my business acumen will help identify areas for strategic budget adjustments if necessary, without compromising educational standards.”

Stephen Blum succeeds Jeffrey Wray in the Director District 3 position. Wray served on the board from 2019 to 2024.
