We wanted to let our families know of an exciting new service we’ll be using this year called TalkingPoints! You will be receiving text messages from your student’s teachers and school using this two-way messaging platform soon (if you haven’t already!).
In an effort to enhance communications between our families and their schools, TalkingPoints allows teachers and staff to send messages to schools, classes, and even directly to students and families. Additionally, families can reply and have direct conversations with their students’ teachers.
While downloading the free app isn’t necessary (you can just reply to texts directly), the mobile app offers a variety of features including being able to watch video messages from your teachers, choosing to receive phone notifications instead of texts, and much more.
