Now Playing: Mr. Know It All by Kelly Clarkson

Hello all I’m up way too early and I have no idea why! :stareye: So I thought hey I’ll write a post. I’m just a little too rested these days. I feel like I’ve been doing nothing but sleeping for weeks. I finally had my gallbladder removed about three weeks ago. The surgery went well and I was home the same night. It was laparoscopic so I only have one incision but also three little holes. They all healed quite nicely and at my two week check up last week I was given the all clear so that’s good. Or, well, everything would have been good if I hadn’t of pulled a ligament in my foot and spent the two weeks following the surgery on crutches. Apparently I was over using the left side of my body to make up for the pain on the right side and I pulled my arch ligament in my left foot. :um: As if I really needed another injury. On the bright side that’s pretty much healed now and I’ve been walking without the crutches for a few days. Then, as if I really wanted to spend any more time in the hospital, my father in law got rushed into the emergency room Friday night. He had a bowel obstruction and had surgery to repair it Saturday morning. The doctor said it looks like cancer so now we’re just waiting for the pathology to come back. A bit of good news though, they got it all out, so if it is cancer he has an excellent chance of recovery after chemotherapy. So hubby and I pretty much spent the weekend in the hospital with the rest of his family. It’s been a trying time lately, but we get through it with laughter like always. I love having such positive people in my family who try not to focus on the bad. Hopefully things will start to look up, at least where my body and health is concerned I seem to be on the right track. I guess that’s about all I have right now. Not much to blog about when you’ve been laid up for three weeks. Well I need to get off of here, I might as well clean my house since I’m awake, although I doubt I really will. :yum: Until next time big love <3
